Overview

Le Shrimp Noodle Bar at Pavilion Damansara Heights offers a refined take on Japanese-inspired prawn ramen, elevating a beloved comfort dish into a culinary experience worth seeking out. Situated on Level 1 in the upscale Damansara Town Centre, its modern yet cozy space invites both casual diners and seafood enthusiasts eager to explore vibrant shrimp flavors.

The centerpiece here is undoubtedly their prawn-based ramen. The Big Prawn Shrimp Ramen and Shrimp Broth varieties stand out with deeply savory, umami-rich broths that speak to hours of careful simmering. Fresh, succulent prawns and springy noodles harmonize beautifully, creating a bowl that is both comforting and sophisticated. Highlights like crispy white tuna accents and ebiko prawn balls add texture and bursts of flavor, setting these dishes apart from typical ramen offerings.

Beyond noodles, the menu offers thoughtfully crafted sides such as truffle fries with a Parmesan twist and garlic honey soy chicken wings, each complementing the main dishes while maintaining the clean flavors expected of quality Japanese fare. Vegetarian options like chilled tofu in a savory oyster sauce and braised bean curd provide variety without compromising taste.

Customer feedback consistently praises the richness of the shrimp broth, with many pointing to the freshness and quality of ingredients—prawns, chicken slices, and vegetables alike—with particular appreciation for touches like charred cabbage. The service is described as attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience.

While some find the pricing on the higher side, the consensus leans toward the value matching the quality and uniqueness of the cuisine. Le Shrimp Noodle Bar caters well to those looking for a fresh, flavorful alternative to conventional ramen shops or hawker-style prawn noodles — a spot where shrimp fans and ramen lovers can indulge in bold, nuanced seafood flavors in a comfortable, contemporary setting.

Tried their signature shrimp broth ramen. The shrimp broth was thick and rich with shrimp flavor. The ramen was silky, not overcooked. Worth to try. Payment using grabpay dine out deal have a 25% discount (October 2025).

While not a fan of the local prawn noodles one get at hawker stalls, decided to give this place a try as I hear some recommendation. The prawn soup wasn't what I expect & I think it's something I can see myself having from time to time. My husband prefers the local taste so wasn't a huge fan. The dry ebiko prawn noodle is good, I quite like it. The chicken dumplings is quite large & packed. The price is on the high side but it's ok to have occasionally.

Had quick lunch here. Ordered the usual shrimp broth ramen to try. Seemed pricey. But the shrimps were large and there were some prawn dumplings in the soup too. The ramen was ok, springy enough. But the broth was killer good. Rich, tasty and full of umanmi. My friend and I both slurped it all down. Makes for a change from the usual ramen shop offerings. Recommended.

Umami shrimp broth ramen that packs a decent punch. You can really taste that the stock was simmering away for a good amount of time and has absorbed the prawn flavour. Noodles were of a good texture and springy. Prawns were quite fresh and of a good size. Chicken slices and prawns balls also were of a good taste. Worth a try.

Got the signature prawn broth noodle, the broth is so so good. The prawn ball is very good as well. Overall all the ingredients are fresh, and I really liked that they even charred the cabbage that was in the soup. You have a choice for the prawn to be peeled for you as well! Also tried the tossed (dry) noodle, still enjoyable but nothing special, the taste is mainly from the chill oil. The waitress that served us was very helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back for the prawn broth!

The soup ramen was really good. They stir-fry the cabbage over high heat before adding it to the soup, giving it a nice charred flavor. The tossed ramen was just average to me, as it lacked some fat. The karaage chicken however, was delicious. The prawn was very fresh, plump and firm to the bite. You also have the option to have them de-shell the prawn for you, which is convenient. It would be perfect if they also deveined the prawn. They offer a good discount with the GrabPay Dine-Out promo, which is a nice bonus.

Tried their Chicken Dumpling Thick Chicken Soup Ramen. Their dumplings were delicious and the soup was quite flavourful. However the prices overall were pricey. Their wet tissue was not for free but their dry tissue was - not sure how to feel as they put on the tables so customers may be thinking it's for free. Wish they had the "Scan to Order" feature. Otherwise everything was alright.

Food was very tasty. The broth was very savoury and had all the flavours of shrimp in it. I got dish with prawn dumplings - the prawns inside were cooked perfectly and were still plump. Our food came quick and the staff were attentive to our needs. Would come here again!
